Shipping policy

Free US shipping

Every order ships free to all addresses in the United States, with tracking. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (business days). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery can occasionally take a few extra days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to show the first update.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at zanevishelp@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or refund your order.
