Refund policy
We want you to love the way you sleep. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-night sleep trial
Try your order for up to 30 nights. If you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery at zanevishelp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
How refunds work
- Reply to us with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item.
- We'll confirm your request and send you return instructions where a return is needed.
- Once your request is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to appear.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
Want a different color? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it.
Non-refundable items
Gift cards and items purchased on final sale cannot be refunded.
